Our Mission
Our Philosophy
of Education
The purpose of establishing Covington Christian School is to assist the home and the local church in the education of the whole child, mind, body, and spirit, and to do so in a loving Christian environment. This philosophy is based on Luke 2:52, "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and Man."
In addition, CCS recognizes its role in assisting the fathers who have been given the responsibility to educate their children in God's truth. Deuteronomy 6:6-7, "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up."
